Working with Claude every day is part of how Dr. Alfred Ang builds software and runs operations. A full-stack AI developer, Agentic AI solution architect and corporate trainer, Dr. Ang is Chief Technology Officer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd, the Singapore training organisation behind Tertiary Courses. Dr. Ang has published a collection of Claude Code skills that automate everyday developer chores, from starting apps and generating README files to scanning for secrets and drafting LinkedIn posts, as well as a set of skills that produce complete training documents such as slides, learner guides and lesson plans in a consistent house style. Dr. Ang also built a courseware generation platform on the Claude Agent SDK and Streamlit, a course proposal generator powered by Claude, and an AI-powered content management system on Next.js and the Claude Agent SDK that writes and schedules blog posts. Another project is a tutor marketplace where applicants complete a ten-minute interview conducted by Claude. These sit within a public GitHub portfolio of more than 300 repositories covering web, database, cloud and native mobile work. Because so much of this involves turning Claude's drafting and analysis into polished Word documents, spreadsheets, presentations and emails, Dr. Ang brings a practical understanding of how Claude fits into real office workflows. Dr. Ang uses Claude to draft proposals, analyse spreadsheets, summarise long email threads and prepare presentations, so the techniques taught come from routine daily use rather than isolated demonstrations.
The Claude Microsoft 365 Masterclass translates that experience into everyday productivity for office professionals. The first topic gets learners started with Claude for Microsoft 365, covering how to connect and access Claude, how to write effective prompts and how to give Claude the right context from documents, emails and meeting notes while respecting confidentiality. The second topic applies Claude across the Microsoft 365 suite: drafting and restructuring reports in Word, analysing and explaining data in Excel, turning outlines into PowerPoint slides, summarising long Outlook threads and preparing replies, and capturing actions and decisions from Teams conversations. Dr. Ang demonstrates each workflow live and shares the prompting habits refined while building Claude-powered document generators, such as giving clear structure, asking for a draft before a final version and always checking figures and facts before sending. The pace is hands-on, with learners practising on realistic business tasks and building a personal library of prompts they can reuse the next morning. The course suits managers, executives, administrators and anyone who spends much of the day in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Participants leave able to save time on routine writing and analysis while staying in control of quality. Dr. Ang also covers good practice for sensitive information, explaining what should and should not be shared with an AI assistant and how to check that summaries and figures remain accurate before they are circulated.
