Microsoft Copilot for Powerpoint Masterclass shows you how to build clear, professional and visually engaging presentations faster with Copilot, the AI assistant built into Microsoft PowerPoint. Instead of starting from a blank slide, you will learn to turn a prompt, a Word document or a set of data into a structured draft deck, then refine it into compelling visuals and infographics. The masterclass is designed for executives, managers, sales and marketing teams, trainers and anyone who regularly presents ideas or reports.

You will begin with AI-assisted planning, using Copilot to outline a storyline, summarise source material and pull out the key data insights your audience needs. Next you will create slides and infographics with Copilot in PowerPoint, generating layouts, rewriting text, adding images and icons, and using Designer, SmartArt, charts and diagrams to turn dense information into simple visual stories. You will practise prompting Copilot to adjust tone, length and structure, and combining its suggestions with your own design judgement and brand guidelines.

The final part covers evaluating and presenting infographics for business: checking accuracy, readability and visual balance, adding speaker notes with Copilot, and rehearsing delivery for maximum impact. All activities are hands-on, so you leave with decks you have built yourself and reusable prompts for future work. By the end, you will be able to use Microsoft Copilot in PowerPoint to produce polished, persuasive presentations in a fraction of the usual time.
