1. Are the price shown is the final price I will pay?
The SST will be added to the price indicated.
2. How do I make payment?
Payment will be by Credit Cards, Cheque and Bank/ATM Wire Transfer.
3. How do I cancel my course booking?
To cancel your booking, please inform us 3 day prior to the course starts. We will do a full refund.
4. Can I pay on the course day?
No, Please register online and choose Cheque payment. After receiving official invoice from us make the payment 7 days prior to the course. If you need any help please contact out staff.
5. How do I register the course?
It's as easy as clicking a few buttons. Once you've found a course that you like, simply click the 'Book Now!' button on the course and you will be taken to our easy one-step checkout.page. Simply fill up the following information to the checkout page.

- 2. Enter the Payment Method
- 3. Order Preview & Confirmation.
- 4. Proceed to Payment.

6. Can I book the course by telephone?
Absolutely. Please call us on +60 3-7931 9658. Our support lines are open from 9am to 5.30pm (Kuala Lumpur Time), from Monday to Friday.

8. I`m having a problem booking online, what can I do?
Simply call us at our hotline no. +60 3-7931 9658. Our customer service officer would be more than happy to take your order over the phone.
10. If I am not satisfied with the course, can I get a refund?
All our courses are full money back guaranteed. You can launch a refund request to us within 3 days after the course. We will check with the trainer whether the course is duly delivered according to the course description and the opinion from other participants. If there is a shortfall on the expectation of the course, we will do a full refund. However, there is no refund after 3 days lapsed from the course date.
11. Can I get free consultancy from the trainers after the course?
It depends on the topic you need consultency and the time and effort needed from our team. You can send your queries to the trainer by email. The typical response time is 24-48 hrs.
