HRD Corp Claimable Training Courses in Malaysia

All Tertiary Courses Malaysia programmes are HRD Corp claimable for eligible employers. Choose from instructor-led public classes or customised in-house training for your team, delivered as a live virtual class led by our trainers or as a physical class at your company premises.

How the HRD Corp process works

1. Obtain documents from the Training Provider. The employer requests the quotation, trainer profile, and course content or training schedule from the registered Training Provider.
2. Apply for the grant before training. The employer submits the grant application through its e-TRiS account under HRD Corp Claimable Courses (SBL-Khas), with the required documents.
3. Wait for grant approval. Once HRD Corp approves the grant, the training may proceed according to the approved dates and details.
4. Conduct the training. The Training Provider conducts the class and maintains the required attendance and training records.
5. Training Provider submits the course-fee claim. After completion of the training, the Training Provider submits the course-fee claim to HRD Corp through e-TRiS with the required claim documents.
6. Employer submits other claims only if applicable. If the employer has other approved claimable items, it may submit a separate claim only after the Training Provider’s course-fee claim has been approved.

Grant approval and reimbursement remain subject to HRD Corp requirements, the employer’s available levy and the approved grant details. Claims must be submitted within six (6) months after training completion. See our HRD Corp claim guide for more detail.

Course fees

Course fees: Standard instructor-led courses are generally RM1,100 per training day. Certification, specialist and customised courses may have different fees. Please refer to the individual course page or request a quotation for the confirmed fee.

No payment is collected online. Registrants select Individual / Self-sponsored or Company-sponsored, and our team will contact them to confirm the registration, quotation and HRD Corp arrangements where applicable.
