Claude AI Masterclass shows you how to put an AI coworker on your team. Claude Cowork is Anthropic's agentic AI workspace that works directly with your files and folders, organising documents, drafting reports, building spreadsheets and presentations, and completing multi-step tasks from a single plain-English brief, with no coding required. The masterclass is designed for professionals, managers, administrators, analysts and business owners who want to delegate routine knowledge work to AI and focus on higher-value tasks.

You will start by getting started with Claude Cowork, setting it up on your computer, giving it access to the right folders, understanding how it plans and carries out tasks, and learning how to write clear briefs with goals, context and expected outputs. Next you will automate everyday work with Cowork, using it to sort and rename files, summarise and compare documents, extract data from PDFs into spreadsheets, draft reports and emails, and create presentations from your notes and data.

The final topic covers advanced Cowork workflows, including connecting Cowork to other apps and data sources through connectors, creating reusable skills for tasks you repeat, scheduling recurring work and chaining multi-step processes. Throughout the masterclass you will learn how to review Cowork's output, manage permissions and keep sensitive information safe. Every activity is hands-on with realistic work scenarios. By the end, you will be able to use Claude Cowork confidently as a productive AI coworker.

Few trainers use Anthropic's Claude as heavily in daily work as Dr. Alfred Ang, full-stack AI developer, Agentic AI solution architect, corporate trainer and CTO of Tertiary Infotech, the training organisation behind Tertiary Courses. Dr. Ang has packaged repeatable office and development routines into Claude Code skills, published as open-source skills repositories, which let Claude generate slides, learner guides and lesson plans in a consistent house style, write READMEs, draft LinkedIn posts and run secure pushes. Other Claude-powered builds include a courseware generator on the Claude Agent SDK and Streamlit, a course-proposal generator, the ai-cms and ai-pei content platforms that write and schedule blog posts automatically, and tapcard, a digital business card and CRM that uses the Claude Agent SDK. Dr. Ang also built sgtutors, a marketplace that screens tutors with a ten-minute Claude AI interview. The course-registration platform that runs the Tertiary Courses sites in Singapore, Malaysia and Ghana is itself maintained with Claude working alongside Dr. Ang on files, folders and multi-step tasks. That is precisely the working style Claude Cowork brings to non-programmers: hand an AI coworker a brief, give it the right folders and let it organise, draft and build while you review the outcome. Dr. Ang has also learned, through daily use, how to scope a brief, review the agent's plan before it acts and recover gracefully when an instruction is misunderstood.

The Claude AI Masterclass translates that daily practice into a clear, no-code path for professionals. Learners start by getting started with Claude Cowork: installing it, granting access to the right folders, understanding how it plans and executes tasks, and writing briefs that are specific enough to produce useful results. The second topic, automating everyday work with Cowork, covers organising messy document folders, drafting reports from source files, building spreadsheets and presentations, and summarising long material into action points. The final topic moves into advanced Cowork workflows, chaining multi-step tasks, reusing instructions, checking outputs carefully and deciding which kinds of work should and should not be delegated. Dr. Ang demonstrates each technique live, often by recreating real tasks from running a training organisation, such as preparing course materials, compiling enquiry reports or tidying shared drives, and then has participants repeat the process on their own examples.
