This course, Project Management Professional Training, is designed for aspiring project managers to gain critical skills needed for PMP certification. The course covers the full project lifecycle, starting from aligning projects with business objectives and identifying stakeholders to developing comprehensive project plans. The participant will be able to attempt the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam after attending this course. Upon passing the exam, you will receive the Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation. This certification validates their project management skills, knowledge, and experience. PMP certification enhances career prospects by demonstrating proficiency in project management processes and tools, globally recognized and respected within the industry.

The course fees do not cover the cost of the PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) exam voucher. Those interested in taking the exam need to purchase their own voucher, which is available for purchase via the links below.
