ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System introduces you to the world's most widely adopted quality management standard and shows how it helps organisations deliver consistent products and services, satisfy customers and improve continuously. ISO 9001 certification is often a requirement for tenders and supplier approval, and a well-run quality management system (QMS) brings real operational benefits. The course is designed for managers, quality and operations staff, and anyone involved in implementing or maintaining an ISO 9001 QMS.

You will start with an overview of the ISO 9001 quality management system, covering the seven quality management principles, the process approach, risk-based thinking and the high-level structure of the standard, including context of the organisation and leadership. Next you will work through the planning, support and operation clauses, learning how to set quality objectives, address risks and opportunities, manage resources, competence and documented information, and control operational processes, suppliers and nonconforming outputs.

The course then covers performance evaluation, including monitoring and measurement, customer satisfaction, internal audits and management review, and finally continual improvement, with corrective action and improvement techniques. Practical examples and exercises show how each requirement applies in real organisations. By the end, you will understand the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and be able to contribute effectively to implementing, maintaining and improving a quality management system.
