Domain 1 System Management (23%)

  • Linux basics: boot process steps, kernel, filesystems, and architectures
  • Device management: kernel modules, hardware components, device utilities
  • Storage management: LVM, RAID, partitions, mounted storage
  • Network configuration: hosts, DNS, interfaces, network tools

  • Backups/restores and virtualization: archiving/compression, hypervisors, VMs, disk images
