AI-300 Microsoft Certified Machine Learning Operations Engineer Associate Exam Prep equips you with the knowledge and skills to set up and operate machine learning operations (MLOps) and generative AI operations (GenAIOps) on Microsoft Azure, and prepares you for the AI-300 certification exam. MLOps engineers bring discipline to how models are built, deployed, monitored and improved, so AI solutions stay reliable, secure and cost-effective in production. The course is designed for ML engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers and AI platform engineers.

You will start by designing and implementing an MLOps infrastructure, setting up Azure Machine Learning workspaces, compute, data assets, environments and source control, and automating with CI/CD pipelines. Next you will implement the machine learning model lifecycle and operations, including training pipelines, experiment tracking, model registration, deployment to managed endpoints, and monitoring for performance and data drift. You will then design and implement a GenAIOps infrastructure for generative AI applications using Microsoft Foundry.

The course continues with operating generative AI solutions, covering prompt and model versioning, evaluation of quality, groundedness and safety, content filtering, tracing, cost management and continuous improvement in production. Each topic combines explanation, hands-on labs and exam-style practice questions mapped to the official skills outline. By the end, you will be able to run robust MLOps and GenAIOps practices on Azure and be well prepared to pass the AI-300 exam.
