AB-730 Microsoft Certified AI Business Professional prepares business users and professionals for the Microsoft AB-730 certification, which validates the ability to use generative AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot effectively and responsibly in everyday work. The certification focuses on practical business use rather than technical development, making it ideal for professionals, managers, administrators and knowledge workers who want to demonstrate their AI productivity skills.

The course follows the official exam domains. You will start by understanding generative AI fundamentals, including how large language models work, what generative AI can and cannot do, common risks such as inaccuracy and bias, and responsible AI principles. Next you will learn to manage prompts and conversations by using AI, writing effective prompts with clear goals, context, sources and expectations, refining responses through follow-up and using Copilot Chat and agents productively.

The final domain covers drafting and analysing business content by using AI, using Microsoft 365 Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams to create documents, analyse data, build presentations, manage email and summarise meetings, while protecting sensitive information. Each domain combines hands-on practice with realistic workplace tasks and exam-style questions. By the end, you will be able to use Microsoft AI tools confidently to work more productively and be well prepared to pass the AB-730 exam.
