How to Choose an HRD Corp Claimable AI or Microsoft Course
All our courses are HRD Corp claimable, subject to employer eligibility, available levy, grant approval and allowable costs. Three questions help you pick the right one.
1. What should your staff be able to do afterwards?
Write down one or two tasks, for example "summarise reports with Copilot", "build a Power BI dashboard" or "automate a weekly process". Choose the course whose outline covers those tasks.
2. What is their starting level?
- New to AI: start with an introductory course from the Generative AI Series or AI for Business.
- Already using AI tools: move to applied courses in the AI Applications Series or AI Agents Series.
- Technical staff: see the AI Vibe Coding Series and AI Infrastructure Series.
3. Which tools does your company use?
- Microsoft 365 and Copilot: Microsoft Copilot Series, Microsoft 365 training, Excel training
- Reporting and data: Power BI training, Data Analytics courses
- Automation: Microsoft Power Platform training
- Certifications: Microsoft certification exam prep and Certification Exam Prep
