AB-900 Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals equips you with the foundational knowledge to administer Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents securely and effectively, and prepares you for the AB-900 certification exam. As organisations roll out Copilot and agents, administrators must understand how they work, how they use organisational data and how to keep that data protected and governed. The course is designed for Microsoft 365 administrators, IT support staff, security and compliance professionals and anyone new to Copilot administration.

The course follows the official exam domains. You will start by identifying the core features and objects of Microsoft 365, Copilot and agents, including tenants, users, groups, licences, Microsoft Graph, Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot and how agents are built, published and used. Next you will understand data protection and governance tasks, covering permissions and oversharing risks, sensitivity labels, Microsoft Purview, data loss prevention, retention and responsible AI considerations.

The final domain covers performing basic administrative tasks for Copilot and agents, such as assigning licences, configuring Copilot settings, managing agent availability and access, monitoring usage and adoption reports, and supporting users. Each domain combines demonstrations, hands-on exercises and exam-style practice questions. By the end, you will be able to support a secure, well-governed rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents and be well prepared to pass the AB-900 exam.
