AB-731 Microsoft Certified AI Transformation Leader prepares business leaders and decision-makers for the Microsoft AB-731 certification, which validates the ability to recognise AI opportunities, plan adoption and drive organisational transformation with Microsoft AI solutions. The focus is on strategy, value and change rather than coding, making it ideal for executives, managers, transformation leads, business consultants and IT decision-makers who guide AI investments and initiatives.

The course follows the official exam domains. You will start by identifying the business value of generative AI solutions, understanding how generative AI and agents work, their capabilities and limitations, and how to evaluate use cases, return on investment and risk. Next you will identify the benefits, capabilities and opportunities of Microsoft AI solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio agents and Azure AI Foundry, and how they fit different business needs.

The final domain covers identifying an implementation and adoption strategy, including responsible AI principles, governance, data security and privacy, change management, skills development and measuring adoption and value. Each domain combines explanation, business scenarios and exam-style practice questions. By the end, you will be able to lead AI transformation conversations with confidence, build a practical roadmap for adopting Microsoft AI in your organisation and be well prepared to pass the AB-731 exam.
