Scrum is the world’s most widely adopted agile framework, and the Scrum Master is the person who makes it work—removing impediments, coaching the team and turning a project vision into a steady stream of shipped increments. Starting from the Scrum methodology itself and the complex project challenges it is designed to solve, you will learn to assemble a high-performing Scrum team, set a compelling project vision and craft user stories that stakeholders genuinely care about.

The masterclass then moves into the disciplines that separate competent Scrum Masters from great ones: setting clear boundaries so work flows from conception to completion without churn, and assessing the team so every member stays aligned, engaged and contributing. By the end of the course, you will be able to run the full Scrum cycle with confidence—facilitating, coaching and delivering—a skill set that carries directly into agile project management, product delivery and team-lead roles.
