What's This Course About

Generative AI for Business Presentation shows you how to create clear, persuasive and visually striking business presentations in a fraction of the usual time. Using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and AI slide generators, you will research a topic, structure a storyline, write compelling content and design professional slides, then rehearse your delivery. The course is designed for executives, managers, sales and marketing professionals, consultants and anyone who presents ideas, proposals or reports.

You will start by getting started with generative AI for presentations, understanding which tools to use for research, writing, design and images, and how to write prompts that produce structured, on-message content. You will use AI to analyse your audience, define key messages and build a logical storyline for pitches, project updates and proposals. Next you will design and deliver AI-powered presentations, generating slide drafts, data visualisations and images, refining layout and branding, and creating speaker notes.

Throughout the course you will also use AI as a rehearsal partner, anticipating questions, tightening your talking points and improving clarity and confidence. You will learn to check AI content for accuracy, keep your own voice and protect confidential information. All exercises are hands-on, so you finish with a presentation you have built yourself and reusable prompts. By the end, you will be able to use generative AI to prepare and deliver impactful business presentations quickly.
