Basic Semiconductor Devices Course

Semiconductor devices are the fundamental building blocks of VLSI circuits. A good understanding of semiconductor devices such as PN Junction diodes, Light Emitting Diodes (LED), Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJT) , Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors (MOSFETs ) and critical to engineers working in the semiconductor industry. Dr. Alfred Ang was Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM) and Senior Member of IEEE. He has published more than 20 peer reviewed papers and co-inventors for more than 20 inventions.
