Step into the exciting world of AI agents with our hands-on AI Agents for Beginners course. AI agents go beyond chatbots—they can understand your goals, reason through problems, use tools and take actions on your behalf, from answering customer enquiries to automating everyday business tasks. In this practical 1-day course, you will learn what AI agents are, how they work and how to build your own using friendly no-code tools—no programming background required.

Through guided exercises, participants will design and build their first AI agents—giving them clear instructions and personas, grounding them on their own documents and knowledge, and connecting them to tools so they can take real actions. You will test your agents, learn best practices for deploying them safely, and explore real-world use cases across customer service, marketing and operations. By the end of the course, you will be able to build and deploy simple AI agents that boost productivity for yourself and your organisation.
