What's This Course About

This course equips professionals with the knowledge and skills to design and deploy agentic AI workflows for business automation. Participants will begin with an overview of AI agents and agentic AI, exploring how they differ from generative AI, the role of LLM reasoning frameworks, and real-world use cases. Through hands-on practice, learners will create AI agents and build LLM-powered avatar chatbots using no-code and low-code agentic AI platforms.

The course then introduces the concept of a multi-agent workforce, highlighting its benefits, applications, and management strategies. Learners will gain practical experience in designing and orchestrating multi-agent workflows on intuitive no-code and low-code platforms, enabling collaborative AI systems that mirror real-world business teams.

Finally, participants will focus on agentic AI workflows for process automation, covering Agentic Process Automation (APA) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). They will learn to implement APA solutions to streamline operations and create RAG workflows that integrate external data for more accurate and context-aware AI outputs.

By the end of the course, learners will be able to confidently design, build, and manage AI-powered workflows that automate business processes effectively, driving efficiency and innovation in their organizations.
