1- HRD Corp Grant Helper
How to submit grant applications for HRD Corp Claimable Courses
2- Employers are required to apply for the grant at least one week before training commences.
Employers must submit their applications with supporting documents, including invoices/quotations, trainer profiles, training schedule and course content.
3- First, Login to Employer’s e-TRIS account -https://etris.hrdcorp.gov.my
Second, Click Application
4- Click Grant on the left side under Applications
5- Click Apply Grant on the left side under Applications
6- Click Apply
7- Choose a Scheme Code and select HRD Corp Claimable Courses: Skim Bantuan Latihan Khas. Then, click Apply
8- Scheme Code represents all types of training that suit the requirements provided by HRD Corp. Below are the list of schemes offered by HRD Corp:
9- Select your Immediate Officer and click Next
10- Select a Training Provider, then click Next
11- Please select a training programme from the list, then key in all the required details and click Next
Select your desired training programme.
Give an explanation on why the participant is required to attend the training. E.g., related to their tasks/ career development, etc.
Explain the background and objective of this training.
Select a relevant focus area. For Employer-Specific Courses, select ‘Not Applicable’.
12- If the training programme is a micro-credential programme, you are required to complete these 3 fields. Save and click Next

13- Based on the nine (9) pillars listed below, HRD Corp Focus Area Courses are closely tied to support government initiatives towards nation building. As such, courses offered through the HRD Corp Focus Areas are designed to provide the workforce with skills required for current and future demands. Details of the focus areas are as follows:
14- Please select a Course Title and Type of Training
15- Select the correct type of training according to the actual type of training, or as mentioned in the training brochure:
16- Please key in the Training Location and click Next
17- Please select the Level of Certification and click Next
18- Please follow the instructions and key in trainee details
19- Click Add Batch, then click Save
20- Click Add Trainee Details
21- Please key in all the required details, then click Add
22- Click Add if there are more participants. Once done, click Save
23- Click Next
24- Please key in the course fees and allowance details, then click Save
25- Estimated cost includes the course fees/external trainer fees, allowances, and consumable training materials. Please comply with the HRD Corp Allowable Cost Matrix.
26- Select Upfront Payment to Training Provider and key in the percentage from 0% to 30%. Then, click Save and Next
27- Complete the declaration form and select a desired officer
28- Add all the required documents, then click Add Attachment. Then, click Save and Submit Application
29- Once the New Grant Application is successfully submitted, the Grant Officer will evaluate the application accordingly. The application may be queried if additional information is required.
The application status will be updated via the employer’s dashboard, email, and the e-TRiS inbox.

Trainers
Donovan: Donovan is currently the founder and art director of LOUPE Singapore, a full-service social design studio based in Singapore. He received his BA(Hons) in Design Communication at Goldsmiths, University of London. As a keen advocate for social change, Donovan has worked with clients such as Ministry of Education, National Environment Agency and the Republic of Singapore Navy amongst many others. As an academic, Donovan has also been awarded the Ngee Ann Student Excellence Award for National Representation and Ngee Ann Scholarship Award for outstanding contributions to the art
Connie Lee: Connie Lee founded her first business, Ask Great Work. She has been providing individuals and companies with a comprehensive service to communicate creative ideas and concepts for their business in branding, digital graphic design and web solutions. Her professional training, a previous career in teaching art and graphic design in three design schools in Singapore and Australia, and vast experience as a graphic designer in several companies and these two cities, Connie has developed a comprehensive understanding of how to create and market various brands. Connie is passionately interested in being a trainer because she loves having the opportunity to pass on her skills, knowledge and life experience to the students. There is nothing better than seeing her students in fulfilling their potential and having confidence in what they do to achieve their career goals.
Ms Tan: Ms Tan has mentioned about the Adobe Animation course and I have looked at the course details on your website. I have not used this software, but I felt it's essential for the learners not only using the tools. They will also gain the knowledge and abilities to know how to create something by using the software programme. I would be happy to look at the current content materials and to see what I can value add on to the lessons.
Jazreel Ari: Jazreel Ari is an image maker/art director/graphic designer who had her recent work exhibited at Alliance Francaise Singapore. Christopher Lee: Christopher Lee is an undergraduate at the School of Arts, Design & Media in Nanyang Technological University. He is an all rounded multimedia specialist who possesses skills ranging from graphic design, digital composition, visual effects, 3D modelling as well as game design. His passion for design is fuelled by making work stand out from one another.
Jyoti Chopra: Jyoti Chopra has professional experience in teaching Autocad, 3DsMax and Revit in a recognized teaching institute. She has been rAutoCad teacher with 4 years of experience in teaching designing principles and introducing students to designing softwares. She hhas experience as Architectural Designer performing design, simulation and drafting of various residential and landscape projects in Singapore. Her skillsets are AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max. Adobe Photoshop and Furniture Design, Graphics, Sketching and 2D/3D Simulation. She is also Autodesk Certified Professional (Autocad)
Sophia Novita: Sophia Novita was a lecturer for 4 years in Visual Communication Design before she moved to Singapore. As an enthusiast for education, aside from her full-time job, she puts aside her time to teach. Her skill sets are ranging from Adobe Software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Premiere Pro, to the word processor as well as Web Development.
