Who Should Attend

ITIL V3 Foundations boot camp is an introductory-level course intended for IT professionals responsible for developing, supporting, and operating application-based IT services (e.g., messaging) and infrastructure-based IT services (e.g., network services).


At the end of the course, participants will sit for the ITIL Foundation exam in Singapore . Those who pass scoring at least 65% will be awarded ITIL Foundation Certificate from AXELOS and the test will be conducted through PEOPLECERT..

Basic knowledge of Python is assumed. Also, some affinity, or at least interest, in mathematics and statistics is good although not necessary. For basic python training, we recommend Basic Python Training Course and Python Essential Training.


ITIL V3 Foundation  TrainerVedavathi Mulupuri did Master of Technology in Software Engineering from NUS in the year 2010. She has around 15 plus years of teaching and industry experience in Singapore and India in the field of programming, Production support, Requirements Analysis and Engineering related modules. She has worked in various industries like Defense, Oil and Gas, Aviation and IT Services. She has complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience and worked in HCL Insys, Reliance Global Energy Services, Invensys India Pte. Ltd., Zen Technologies etc..

Vedavathi has experience as IT Trainer in Singapore Infocomm Technology Programmes. She is certified in IT Infrastructure Library ITIL V 3 Foundation in IT Service Management, Certified Business Analysis professional CBAP from International Institute of Business Analysis IIBA and has Professional Diploma in Mobile Wireless Solutions from ISS/NUS etc.

ITIL TrainerAlaudeen has over 20 years of industrial experience in IT system development, service management, handling large scale mission critical projects especially for financial institutions, manufacturing & logistics. When he was a senior manager with major banks, he oversaw the project management from “end to end” implementation, he has solid experience in handling large teams worldwide and has proven experience in MSSQL, Oracle, DB2 databases, Agile methodology projects, ITIL, System management and programming skills such as .NET, 4GL, Power builder & DevOps.

Alaudeen specializes in designing and developing Web and Client/Sever applications and has vast experience in system development and migration. His main technical skill set includes development language/tools like .Net, 4GL and the platforms diverged from UNIX, Linux & Windows servers. In addition, he has very strong knowledge on almost all database engines, for instance, MSSQL, DB2, Sybase and Oracle.

ITIL V3 Foundation TrainerSameer Koul an accomplished IT Professional with more than 19 years' experience in IT Services & consulting and Telecom domain.  Sameer is a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC and Electronics and Communication engineering graduate from the University of Pune. Sameer has worked in Senior Positions in reputed multinational companies. He was Director OSS Operations and Delivery in Singtel where he had hands on experience in implementing ITIL based best practices. He worked as a Director/Solution Management in Amdocs and had experience in directing a program that was based on Agile and DevOps concepts. Sameer was also in charge for implementing Advanced Integration Methodology for large Systems Integration Projects at Alcatel-Lucent. Sameer has more than 10 years of experience in Program/Project Management and is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner. Sameer is also Certified in ITIL Foundations. Sameer is trained in Scoping requirement analysis and has knowledge and excellent experience in this area.

Sameer has also worked with reputed consulting companies and is passionate about training and consulting in the areas of Project/Program Management, Requirement Management and ITIL implementation. Having worked in R&D departments of Alcatel-Lucent and Motorola, Sameer has a good technical background and is Certified Java Developer and Cisco Certified Network Associate.
